This policy describes how Asset Nook Capital (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use getassetnook.com and related pages we operate. It is a general notice for our public website and intake flows. It is not a substitute for the privacy terms in executed subscription, operating, or custodian agreements, which control where they apply.
